My order isn't showing as paid! I sent the money!

Common problems with Steem payments:
  1. You sent SBD (Steem Dollars) instead of Steem

    Solution: Check SteemDB and make sure the currency of your transfer shows "STEEM". If it shows "SBD", send another payment to AnonSteem with STEEM instead of SBD, and then contact us for a refund of your previous transfer.

  2. You may have copied the Steem memo wrong, or tried to type it by hand.

    Solution: Check SteemDB and make sure the memo on your transfer matches the one on AnonSteem exactly. If not, send another payment to AnonSteem with the correct memo, and then contact us for a refund of your previous transfer.

  3. You sent to the wrong account

    Solution: Check your Steem transfers on Steemit or the exchange you sent from. The Steem account to send to is "anonsteem". If you did not send to anonsteem, we cannot help you as Steem transactions are irreversible. You will need to send a new payment to anonsteem.

  4. [uncommon] Something was wrong with our payment system while processing your order.

    Solution: Check SteemDB. Make sure that you sent the correct amount and the correct memo. If everything looks fine, but your order has not shown as paid for more than 10 minutes, then something might be wrong on our end. Contact us and we can manually check your payment.

Common problems with Bitcoin / Litecoin payments:
  1. If you sent from an exchange, they did not yet send the coins

    Solution: Check SoChain by putting in your order's BTC/LTC address. If you do not see any transactions, then your exchange hasn't sent the coins yet. Contact the exchange you used for assistance on this.

  2. You sent the wrong currency to the address

    We only accept Bitcoin (Core) and Litecoin (Core). If you have sent Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin Dark, or other forks which use the same address system, they will not be accepted and may be irrecoverable.

  3. [uncommon] Something was wrong with our payment system while processing your order.

    Solution: Check SoChain. Make sure that you sent the correct amount, and the transaction has at least 1 confirmation. If everything looks fine, but your order has not shown as paid for more than 10 minutes, then something might be wrong on our end. Contact us and we can manually check your payment.
